UK DELIVERY FOR ALL ACCESSORIES (EXCLUDES BOATS)

We offer Royal Mail or equivalent delivery to UK mainland addresses. We usually ship in under 24 hours on weekdays.

If you need your product urgently, or on a Saturday, then the following four options are available for Hou Canoe parts orders only (this excludes canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards, just give us a call and we will sort it for you!

Special Delivery Next Day - Guaranteed by 1pm*: £12.25
Royal Mail guarantees that this service will deliver to 99% of the UK by 1pm the next working day.

Special Delivery Next Day - Guaranteed by 9am*: £31.60
Royal Mail guarantees that this service will deliver to 99% of the UK by 9am the next working day.

Special Delivery Next Day with 1pm Saturday Guarantee*: £17.90
As for Special Delivery Next Day, but for items ordered on a Friday only.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

  1. Please email us at [email protected] outlining the nature of the return. It would be useful if you can additionally include your Order ID and Order Date.
  2. On receipt of this request we will email you a Returns Authorisation Number which you should complete on the Product Return Form that was included with your order. If you require a new one, please ask us to email you a copy.
  3. Return product and the completed Product Return Form to: hou Canoes, The Barns, Park House Farm, Holmes Chapel, Cheshire.  CW4 8AU
  4. For boat returns, please call or email to discuss options
     

You are liable for the package and its contents until received by us. We therefore strongly recommend that all returns to us are sent via a Recorded service.

When we receive your return we will process it quickly, normally within three working days, and will refund you on any monies owing directly to the card you used to purchase your original item(s).
 

RETURN POSTAGE COSTS

For all items returned for an exchange or refund, postage costs fall to the customer. For all items returned as faulty, and accepted as so by us, the postage costs will be reimbursed by hou Canoes to the customer at a rate equivalent to Royal Mail’s First Class Recorded service (UK customers) or Royal Mail’s International Signed For service (international customers).
 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All packages being returned to us from outside of the UK must be marked ‘Goods returned under warranty’. We will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items.
